I lead US Business Development at CertiK, the Web3 security firm backed by Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Coinbase Ventures. I was the first person hired directly into a US Business Development Manager role, and I built the US sales motion from the ground up: $8M+ in contract revenue, 150+ institutional relationships opened from cold outbound, and compliance driven deals from one of Singapore's largest banks to licensing work under VARA, ADGM, and Brazil's central bank.
When the 2022 bear market hit, it made one thing obvious. The people who last aren't the ones chasing the next transaction. They're the ones who have built real relationships. So I started a group. I'll be honest, at first it was selfish. I built it for me.
